Friday roundup: Five things worth paying attention to this week

3.1. 2019 Posted By: Ben Tapper 159 Times read

Here are five things worth paying attention to this month. I recommend selecting one or two and jumping in over the next week.

  1. Homelessness can be addressed if we’re willing to prioritize it, and New Orleans is an example of a policy that works.
  2. I don’t usually pay much attention to T.D. Jakes, but his evolution is noteworthy.
  3. As a lover of big cats and Wakanda, this news naturally made me jump for joy!
  4. Do animals have souls? Is consciousness limited to primates? We may never have definitive answers, but the implications of this article are intriguing.
  5. Since becoming a dog owner, I’ve also grown soft when it comes to pets. This video combines two of my favorite things: cute dogs and The Lion King!
